The Crying Child, also known as the Bite Victim or C.C., is the main character of the FNaF 4 Minigames and the victim of the Bite of '83. He is the younger brother of the Older Brother. It is commonly believed that the C.C. is the youngest son of William Afton.

Personality[]

Due to his brother's terrorizing, the Crying Child is constantly seen throughout the minigames crying and hiding with tears running down his face.

History[]

Throughout the minigames, the Fredbear Plush constantly follows and talks to the C.C., comforting him and giving him advice.
Five days before the party, the Crying Child is locked in his room. After knocking on the door multiple times, his brother can be heard laughing, and the C.C. will lay on the floor crying.

Four days before the party, the C.C. is walking through his house when his brother pops out from behind the TV, scaring him and causing him to once again lay on the floor crying.

Three days before the party, the C.C. can be found crying under a table at Fredbear's Family Diner. While trying to leave the building, encounters a man in a springlock suit, but is too scared of walking past the animatronics to escape and lays down crying under a table when approached by the man.

Two days before the party, the C.C. begins in the same location as the previous day, but leaves the building and walks to his house. On the way, he interacts with several other children. Upon walking into his room, his brother jumps out from under his bed, causing the C.C. to lay down and cry.

One day before the party, the C.C. is locked in the Parts & Service room of Fredbear's, and begs to be let out while laughing can be heard.

The day of the party, the C.C. is encountered by his brother and some of his friends. They pick the Crying Child up and carry him over to Fredbear, placing in his mouth. The Crying Child's tears then activate the springlocks in Fredbear's jaw, causing the Bite of '83.

Following the Bite, a voice, presumed his brother, talks to the C.C., telling him that he is sorry. This diolouge is followed by the Fredbear Plush, who tells the Crying Child that he is broken but that he will put the C.C. back together.

Trivia[]

It is speculated that the Fredbear Plush is a sort of two way radio between William Afton and the Crying Child.
